What We’re Doing
A Neighbors Table is a community-led effort to provide 100 complete Thanksgiving meal kits to families across College Park. It is built by neighbors who believe that no family should have to choose between a holiday meal and their household bills.

What Families Will Receive
This year, College Park families will receive a complete Thanksgiving meal kit with a frozen turkey, ready-to-heat sides, vegetables, and holiday staples, all prepared and packed by volunteers who believe in the power of community.
Food insecurity touches families right here in College Park. Many feel the squeeze but rarely say it out loud. Neighbors Table offers compassion, unity, and dignity so families feel supported, not judged. This is more than food. It is connection, relief, and being seen.
All Families Are Welcome
If you or someone you know could use a little support this season, you’re welcome at Neighbors Table.
• No registration needed
• First come, first served while supplies last
• Drive-up and walk-up both welcome
• Simple check-in on arrival
• Volunteers will place items directly in your car or help carry them if walking
• Coats and essential items available on-site
How You Can Help
A Neighbors Table is powered by College Park neighbors who show up for one another. If you want to support this effort, here are the most helpful ways to get involved.
• Volunteer on event day to greet families, help with check-in, and assist with meal distribution
• Donate funds to help us purchase turkeys, vegetables, sides, and supplies
• Bring clean, gently used coats, scarves, gloves, and winter accessories for our coat drive
• Donate gently used kitchen items such as pots, pans, baking dishes, or utensils that can be passed on to families
• Share the event with neighbors, churches, schools, and community groups
A Neighbors Table is powered entirely by College Park neighbors coming together to support one another. While this effort is funded by the community, donations are welcomed and appreciated to help us provide meal kits and essentials to families who need them.

Coat + Kitchen Essentials Drop-Off

If you have gently used coats or clean kitchen supplies you no longer need, this is a great moment to pass them forward. A warm coat or a basic kitchen item can make a real difference for a neighbor preparing for the holidays.We are accepting:
• Gently used coats in good, wearable condition
• Clean kitchen essentials like pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, and storage containersEvery donation helps a family feel seen, supported, and cared for. Thank you for showing up for the community.
